Last night the great and the good of the design world packed into Vitra’s Clerkenwell showroom for the launch party of Dezeen’s Book of Interviews. Our client Micha Weidmann designed the book and it was great to see the finished product.
The launch coincided with Clerkenwell Design Week, a 3 day annual celebration of design. The Vitra showroom was showcasing innovative furniture design, as well as there ‘Secret Garden’ , in which visitors can take afternoon tea in their cosy and surprising ‘outdoors, indoors’ installation.
Clerkenwell Design Week is always a fantastic time to work in this area, as the place fills up with design shows, pop up shops and all manner of innovative happenings. If you are in the area, or interested in space and furniture design, it is definitely worth popping in to a few of the many shows that will be open until 22nd May.
