Problem

Two teams from the Cabinet Office had been working remotely for over a year. The leaders wanted an engaging way to allow teams members to share their experiences of remote working with each other and to explore how best to work with other teams in their department.

Solution

We developed a 90 minute remote Lego Serious Play workshop. We posted out Workshop Survival Packs which each contained a packet of Lego. In the workshop the teams used the Lego to build their answers to questions that included what was the biggest challenge they were facing at work; and what was the single most important action, behaviour, process or tool that you believe we need to deepen and strengthen the collaboration across teams.
