Jonathan Bannister focuses on helping clients to foster creativity, innovation and adaptability within organizations, teams and individuals. As a skilled facilitator, he uses creative problem-solving and facilitation techniques, including LEGO® Serious Play®, Design Thinking and team building.

Jonathan is a Learning Partner at Tangent, Trinity College Dublin’s innovation workspace, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a member of the Academic Council of the G5A Foundation of Contemporary Culture in Mumbai, and a global trainer and facilitator in LEGO® Serious Play® methods.
