Our Approach

LSP sessions run with our expert facilitator asking questions based on the theme of the session, and participants “build” their responses in Lego blocks. The builders then take turns to share the stories behind their models. The models can be around a particular theme or address a specific problem or challenge, and we would typically have several rounds of questions, building and storytelling.

Serious Play using Lego is a compelling and engaging process and perfect for fostering innovation, collaboration, and helping teams generate new ideas. It works brilliantly in face-to-face workshops as well as in remote workshops, and we find that the ‘hands-on’ element “sky-rockets” engagement and keeps energies high. It makes a refreshing change from the usual online conferences and meetings.

How does it work?

We will dispatch Lego to each participant in advance of the session, which they can then use during the workshop.

During the virtual sessions the facilitator will pose a series of questions, and participants will ‘build’ their responses in Lego.

The participants will then share the stories behind their models in turn (in breakouts of 5 – 8).

We will work closely with you to design the session and make sure it achieves your goals, meets the needs of your team and is a success.
