Psychological Safety Training

Build happier, healthier and more innovative teams and organisations

In this experiential workshop, you and your team will explore the key theories, tools and techniques that will help you create psychological safety. (There will be some Lego too!)

What is psychological safety and why does it matter?

Psychological safety is about fostering a culture in which new ideas are invited, trying something different is supported, and failure is seen as a vital part of learning and development.

If you get this right, you will create a workplace which is resilient, productive, innovative and adept at attracting and retaining talent.
