During this interactive session we will:

  • Explore the psychology behind why we find difficult conversations so…difficult
  • Learn practical tools, tips and techniques to help you have better, more productive conversations at work
  • Consider how to prepare, carry out and move on from a difficult conversation

By the end of this session you will be able to:

  • Have greater self awareness of your typical responses to difficult conversations
  • Feel confident going into tricky conversations
  • Be equipped with a wealth of practical tools to help your conversations go better

Flexible duration and delivery

This training can be delivered to your team as either a a two-hour introduction or a four-hour deep dive. You can choose between in-person, virtual or hybrid delivery modes.
