How to Have Difficult Conversations Training

Empower your team to have better, more productive conversations about difficult issues

Many of us feel deeply uncomfortable having tricky conversations with our colleagues. However, being able to approach difficult conversations productively is an essential work skill.

Why is training in these conversations essential?

Many of us are socialised to avoid conflict and to keep issues to ourselves. We are given little if any formal education in this area.

So we are often ill equipped to raise issues, give and receive feedback graciously and speak up when we see problems occurring.

Frequently, we delay or even avoid having these types of conversation completely. However, when we do this, we can miss opportunities and we risk letting problems go unresolved.

So how can we approach these conversations more positively and give ourselves the best chance of getting the outcome we need from them? That’s what this training session is all about.
