General
By booking a place on an event, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Event dates and minimum numbers
To ensure a high-quality learning experience, all events require a minimum number of participants. If minimum numbers are not met, we reserve the right to change the event date. We will give a minimum of two weeks’ notice of any such change.
If we change or cancel an event
If we change an event date, you may choose either:
- a full refund, or
- to transfer your place to the next available date.
If we cancel an event, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations and rescheduling by you
You may cancel or reschedule your place up to two weeks before the event date:
- Cancellations within this period are eligible for a full refund.
- Rescheduling within this period is free of charge.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than two weeks before the event cannot be refunded or transferred.
Travel and accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own travel and accommodation. We cannot accept liability for these costs if an event is changed or cancelled.
