Introducing our latest workshop
Unlock the power of your work culture with our new On Culture Canvas and workshop programme
Workshops
We design bespoke workshops for our clients in-person, online and hybrid. We will work closely with you to develop a session that meets your objectives and brings the best out of your people. Take a look below to see the kinds of areas we cover.
Team building
This workshop helps your people focus on the positive and constructive behaviours that lead to high-performing teams. We use the Basadur Profile to help individuals and teams understand how they approach innovation, and Lego Serious Play to open up communication, eliminate hierarchies and generate ideas through building and storytelling. These workshops typically run from three hours to a whole day.
Map, change or innovate your business model
Using the Business Canvas, in this one-day workshop you will map your organisation’s current business model and rapidly prototype innovations to it. Practical and fast-paced, it will benefit everyone from start-ups to established businesses.
Transform your business with creative problem-solving techniques
Do you have a gnawing issue that you just can’t resolve? We use tried-and-tested methods to harness your team’s ideas and solutions. We help them generate new ideas, evaluate them and create realistic action plans for bringing them to life.
Design Thinking
In increasingly complex times, innovation and collaboration are becoming vital to business. Both are essential in Design Thinking. This workshop will explore how human-centred design can help develop innovative solutions for the most complex challenges.
Design a powerful vision and misson
Using a range of creative problem-solving and idea-generating techniques, we will help you develop a powerful vision and mission for your business. We’ll then show you how to bring them to life and integrate them into the heart of your operation.
Brand positioning
In this workshop we’ll look at how your brand is currently positioned in the mind of your customers, and how it fits within the competitive landscape. We will then look at where you need to be to achieve your business aims, and develop an action plan to help you get there.
Team building
Lego Serious Play was formulated to increase empathy and understanding between participants, foster collaboration, and create a safe environment to tackle thorny issues. This means that it can help bind new teams together, resolve conflicts within a group, and create substantially higher-performing teams.
Innovation
Research shows that using a ‘hands-on, minds-on’ process such as Lego Serious Play activates new parts of the brain and encourages creativity and new thinking. It also ensures that, unlike traditional team-building exercises, everyone feels heard and everyone’s ideas are shared. Thereby harnessing the innovation potential of your entire team.
Strategy
Modelling complex ideas through Lego helps people articulate and discuss thoughts that may not be easy to express purely verbally. Importantly, it is a problem-solving process. So the focus is always on ‘how can we make it work,’ not ‘that will never work because…’
Training
All the tools we use in our training we also use ourselves. A major reason people like the training we give is that we can provide examples from experience with our own clients, and our track record of success with them. Every course we offer is delivered by an experienced facilitator who uses the method on a daily basis.
Lego Serious Play
Our facilitators are certified in Lego Serious Play training. The training will not only certify you but also give you the skills and confidence to design and run your own workshops.
Creative Problem Solving
At the heart of everything we do is the ability to solve problems well. Creative problem solving isn’t taught in formal education but it is a required skill in most workplaces. This course will give you the skills and tools to solve problems in every possible sitiuation.
Design Thinking
Design Thinking is a solution-based approach to solving problems. It involves cultivating a deep understanding of the people for whom we are developing the product or service. This is a very hands-on, practical course, where most of the training is done through practicing the tools and techniques.
