Psychological Safety Training

What is psychological safety and why does it matter?

Psychological safety is about fostering a culture in which new ideas are invited, trying something different is supported, and failure is seen as a vital part of learning and development.

If you get this right, you will create a workplace which is resilient, productive, innovative and adept at attracting and retaining talent.

Flexible duration and delivery

This training can be delivered as either a a two-hour introduction to psychological safety, or a four-hour deep dive in which we will spend more time working on your organisation’s strategy for creating psychological safety.  You can choose between in-person, virtual or hybrid delivery modes.

Thank you once again for you and your team’s efforts at Make Happy on delivering such a brilliant hybrid session. We learnt so much about ourselves as individuals, as well as how we may be received and how to adopt healthier communication styles moving forward. It was a great session and incorporated everything we had envisioned for our Team Away Day.
