How does it work?
We will dispatch Lego to each participant in advance of the session, which they can then use during the workshop.
During the virtual sessions the facilitator will pose a series of questions, and participants will ‘build’ their responses in Lego.
The participants will then share the stories behind their models in turn (in breakouts of 5 – 8).
We will work closely with you to design the session and make sure it achieves your goals, meets the needs of your team and is a success.
