The Culture Canvas is the framework to help you map, define and refine the culture within your organisation.
Start with defining why your organisation exists – its purpose. Then list the values and the associated behaviours you require to achieve your purpose. The following two rows will help you ensure that your work and operations are consistent and provide an environment that makes your people happy and effective.
