Make Happy’s Brand Pyramid

A brand pyramid is a great tool that quickly gets to the heart of a brand. It concisely communicates how a brand emotionally connects with its customers at a number of levels. We use the brand pyramid for our clients and last week I was given the challenge to come up with a brand pyramid for Make Happy. This is the pyramid I came up with.

This is Make Happy’s brand pyramid from our previous life as a branding agency. Some of the DNA still survives.

Hopefully it quickly gives you a good idea of the ‘what’, ‘how’ and ‘why’ of Make Happy.

Brand Pyramid – The Layers

Here’s a brief description of each layer of the pyramid so that you can see how it may be applied to your business:

Company Vision

Your unique perspective on the world.

Company Conviction

The values that guide your work and practices. The code by which you work.

Company Mission

The specific actions, tasks and goals by which we need to accomplish/achieve to realise our vision.

Company Essence

The unique way the brand fulfills a fundamental human driver.
