It may be rare that you take a moment to let your mind wander. We are often so busy and when we take a moment to stop we are usually distracted by technology.

In a recent study of 250 people, people reported that contemplating was much more enjoyable than they anticipated it to be. Moreover, in previous studies letting your mind run away with thoughts can actually increase creative thinking along, as well as enhance imagination and problem solving.
